Training Policy
HDS Personnel pride themselves on emphasising and providing
the highest level of industry training, currently operating
with 4 RTITB qualified and recognised instructors. With
dedicated training facilities
and training director, HDS Personnel can guarantee specialist
training packages to meet any client requirements, designing
our training around specific
site requirements.
HDS Personnel specify in recertification and refreshers, individually assessing every new employee before allowing them on site. All new starters also complete a full induction of health and safety procedures, as well as more specified on site inductions, guaranteeing a confident and quality workforce.

Consequently, training is an ongoing process in which all employees are
