Drawing upon oceans of experience, the HDS managers come from a range of Maritime and Logistical background, bringing value added experiences to their decisions and directions. HDS Personnel believes in 'hands on' management at a local level, where our teams operate under a locally based supervison, a system that ensures staff well motivated and closely monitored.

All employees are backed by an effective communication system between management and site. Every employee has access to support and advice from Management and Supervisory staff thoughout the 24 hour period from either the main office between 08:00 - 17:00, or a senoir manager authorised to take any decision on behalf of HDS Personnel outside office hours.
